About Me

My Story
Hello, I’m Reyhane, you can also call me Rey. During my academic journey, I dedicated my studies to discovering the most effective ways to utilize corrective exercise for enhancing the overall quality of life for both athletes and non-athletes. Having received feedback from over 800 clients, it became evident that there is a significant need for a daily dose of exercise as medicine to foster a healthy and enjoyable life and sports journey. This realization led to the creation of Exercise As Medicine.
I hold a PhD in Corrective Exercise and Sport Injuries, a journey that began at the University of Tehran in 2016 and concluded in the completion of my dissertation and its defense at AWF Warsaw in 2022. Along the way, I founded The Health and Sport consult center at the University of Tehran, where I started designing corrective exercise programs for clients with diverse backgrounds. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, I co-founded “Movement_Health” on Instagram, focusing on raising awareness of healthy movement and providing tips for home exercises to help Persian Speaking people navigate the “staying at home” period.
Now in Poland, with Exercise As Medicine, I aim to continue my mission of spreading the daily dose of exercise to every individual seeking a better, healthier, and happier life. In our collaborative journey at Exercise As Medicine, I am committed to supporting you in achieving your goals, whether it’s alleviating musculoskeletal pain, correcting movement impairments, managing muscle imbalances, improving athletic performance, or preventing sports injuries. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of Correct Movement Patterns and a Daily Dose of Exercises.
As part of our approach, you will undergo a comprehensive static and dynamic postural assessment, enabling me to pinpoint the source of your symptoms and design a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions (available in Warsaw) or online training, the choice is yours.
We offer both of-line and online training sessions. The of-line programs are for everyone who speaks English or Persian and the online programs are for you if you live in Warsaw, Poland.
